What is the Return Policy?

Sorry, but we cannot accept returns or refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We ask that you check your order as soon as it arrives for any damages or mistakes on our end. We are setting a 2 DAY window to contact us about your order if there were any mistakes on our end. Please note that once items have shipped it is out of our control and we ask that you please contact the carrier if there are any issues.

What is the Shipping Policy?

Our own processing time ranges between 1-3 Business days and this is apart from shipping time. Therefore, it could take from 1-3 business days to create your product/s and 3-5 business days to ship and be delivered (Options of preferred shipping carrier will be available when checking out). However, we strive to make and send out our orders as soon as possible! Please double check your address when ordering!! Once your order is shipped, it is out of our control and we ask that you contact the carrier if there are any issues. You will receive your tracking number when your order has been shipped. 

Can I cancel my order?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once the order is purchased, we tend to get right to work and so we cannot accept cancellations. However, we may cancel your order if there are issues with payment and/or if we suspect the order to be fraudulent through the support of Shopify System.

Can I make changes to my Shipping Address after I purchase an item?

Yes, Our processing time ranges between 1-3 business days and we may be able to make adjustments to shipping address IF we have not yet shipped your items. Once orders are shipped, we cannot to anything about it and we ask that you contact the carrier.

Can I make changes to an order?

Yes and No. Once we get orders, we tend to get to them right away to ship them quickly. If changes are desired, but we have already created your product then we cannot make changes. However, if we get informed about changes soon after the order is placed, we may be able to accommodate changes if we have not completed your order. Please fill out a form in the "CONTACT US" page so we can assist you.

What if my item arrives broken ?

We encourage you all to check items when they are delivered so we can assist you if there were any mistakes on our end. In some cases where items arrive broken (such as lids), we ask that you contact us within 2 days of receiving your product and provide us with images. If a return is necessary, we will not financially cover packaging labels to return product, but we will work with you so you can get the product you were expecting.

What if my lid breaks?

We have tried many different tumblers and lids to decide which would be best to sell to our costumers. We found that the lids tend to be the most delicate part of the product. We encourage you all to hand wash the tumbler and lid gently to prevent damage. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lids if they break.

Does the price per tumbler change based on the quantity of the order?
